To those that are singing in the Harry Potter concert in January:
Since we didn't get you the parking passes during our last rehearsal in December and since we won't see you again until the dress rehearsal at Symphony Hall on Thursday, January 4, Wendy has agreed to be at the parking garage about 30-45 minutes ahead of that Thursday call time to hand out parking passes (don't be late to the rehearsal, since Wendy also needs to go to the rehearsal!) as you arrive there at the garage. If, for whatever reason, that won't work for you and we need to get you a parking pass earlier, please let us know! We'll do our best to arrange an alternative way to get you a parking pass, e.g. US mail (please reply soon, and confirm your mailing address!) or dropping one off to work or home.
Thanks! (And thank you, Wendy!)
In addition to TPSC, many of us have enjoyed singing with the Arizona Musicfest and with Bob Moody. For those of you (tenors and basses especially) looking to busy up your spring schedule with some repertoire that you likely performed recently (Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, which we performed in January 2017) or will be performing in March 2018 (some selections from Candide), please review the attached materials.
Again, they are especially (urgently!) looking for tenors and basses, and if you've sung with him in the past, my understanding is that you won't need to audition.
Please direct your inquiries and interest to the Arizona Musicfest Chorus Manager, Dave Hulin: firstname.lastname@example.org. He would like to hear from you by December 28, if possible.

In case you missed it:
For our Tuesday rehearsal, we will be in the Arizona Opera "Black Box Theatre" (see details here). Parking may be an issue (really, look at this pdf!), so please allow yourself a few extra minutes so that you can find your seat so that we can start promptly with Tito at 6:30pm.
If you are late, it may very disruptive. Let's be prompt and attentive! It is the least we can do for having Monday off. (Thanks, Tom!) So don't come to CUMC tonight, because we won't be there!
