Remember, Monday the 30th is THEME NIGHT as well as DESSERT NIGHT.
So come in costume (if you feel so inclined), and bring a snack to share. To keep us all from entering total sugar overload, we've assigned half the group salty (or non-sweet) snacks to balance all the sweet delights (see the assigned groups below). We'll take a group photo of all those in costumes at the end of rehearsal. And if you bring homemade treats, please bring a sign/card listing the ingredients, or at least one noting any allergens present, e.g. soy, dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, etc. Sopranos and Tenors - something salty (or at least not sweet) Altos and Basses - something sweet Most importantly during rehearsal and after, HAVE FUN!

I hope you are ready for B9 concert week! Please take careful note of the rehearsal & concert logistics for the week, though please also check your email daily for any changes!
There are no parking passes for this run. For the concerts, see the map (look for the "Parking" box and also the "Stage Door" box). For the rehearsals at Mesa Arts Center on Thursday evening and Friday morning, we don't have a designated parking area. You'll want to make sure that you have enough time available to figure out where to park, perhaps accounting for a longer walk, since I am not sure what parking places will be available. Please park in a legal spot so that you don't get towed or get a ticket! You might have to park a little farther away, or you could even plan to take the light rail. I've found that the Park & Ride at Apache and Price is convenient. See you at rehearsal! :) Joel Auernheimer |
